About the Society
The Society for Evidence-Based Longevity is a nonprofit with one mission: honest, graded longevity evidence for everyone.
Longevity is full of bold claims. Some rest on large human trials. Many rest on mice, cells or a single small study. People deserve to know the difference, stated plainly, with the receipts.
The Society was founded by Peter Diamandis MD and Robert Lufkin MD. They started it to give the public a free, transparent way to check what the science really shows.
What we do
- Grade longevity and health questions with the GRADE method used by leading guideline bodies and the opinion of the top experts in the field.
- Link every claim to its primary source on PubMed.
- Separate what we know, what is promising and what remains uncertain.
- Publish regular reports on the questions people ask most and what our experts found.

Human expert review
New answers start as AI-generated drafts. We log which questions people ask most, and those go to a panel of independent experts for review. Reviewed answers are clearly marked and replace the drafts. Reviewers declare any conflicts of interest.
